JOHANNESBURG – Spain’s championship victory provided the perfect finale to five weeks of world-class sporting action as hundreds of supporters packed the Smirnoff ICE Fan Park at Wakanda Village in Sandton for an unforgettable celebration of sport, music and entertainment.
The Final Showdown, held on 19 July, concluded one of Johannesburg’s most vibrant fan experiences, with supporters witnessing Spain lift the coveted title following a thrilling final against Argentina before celebrations spilled into an afternoon of live performances and entertainment.
Throughout the tournament, the Smirnoff ICE Fan Park transformed Wakanda Village into a lively destination where fans gathered to experience some of the world’s biggest sporting moments on giant screens.
