South Africa’s house music culture is set for a bold new moment as House Naxiion officially launches with an electrifying celebration of four decades of house music on 08 August 2026 at The Campus.
Positioned as more than just another music event, House Naxiion promises a premium day-to-night lifestyle experience that pays tribute to the rich legacy, evolution, and cultural impact of house music in South Africa and beyond.
Leading the inaugural lineup are some of the country’s most respected tastemakers and pioneers, including Oskido, Glen Lewis, T-Deep, and Lamiez Holworthy — a powerful combination of legendary influence and contemporary energy designed to showcase the genre’s ongoing evolution.
Set against the stylish outdoor atmosphere of The Campus in Bryanston, attendees can expect an immersive musical journey that moves seamlessly from daytime grooves and sunset sessions into high-energy late-night celebrations. Organisers have promised world-class production, cutting-edge sound engineering, curated lifestyle experiences, and an atmosphere where music, culture, fashion, food, and community collide.
A major highlight of the event will be the specially curated “Legends Tribute Set,” honouring the pioneers and game changers who helped shape the house music movement over the past four decades. The concept aims to celebrate not only the sound itself, but also the people and stories behind one of South Africa’s most influential music genres.
Speaking on the vision behind the event, organisers Aubrey Magabane and Rudzani Ndadza described House Naxiion as a celebration of both legacy and future culture.

“House Naxiion is about more than just music — it’s about legacy, connection, and celebrating a sound that has shaped who we are. Four decades of house music is a milestone, and we wanted to create an experience that truly honours that journey while pushing the culture forward,” they said.
Beyond the music, the event will also deliver a premium lifestyle offering, featuring gourmet food experiences, top-tier drinks, luxury hospitality areas, and multiple ticketing tiers catering to different audiences. Guests will be able to choose between General Access, VIP, and the exclusive Ultra VIP Experience for elevated comfort and luxury.
With anticipation already building around the debut edition, House Naxiion is positioning itself as one of Johannesburg’s standout entertainment experiences for 2026 — bringing together music lovers, cultural tastemakers, and lifestyle enthusiasts under one roof for a celebration where the legacy of house music truly lives on.
Tickets are available through Webtickets and Pick n Pay stores nationwide. Fans can also follow Mags Entertainment on social media for upcoming announcements, artist additions, and event updates.
