Tshwane, South Africa – The City of Tshwane is gearing up for one of its most beloved sporting traditions as entries officially open for the Sappi TuksRace, returning on 14 February 2026 at the University of Pretoria’s Hillcrest Sports Campus.

Recognised as one of the first major races on the annual marathon calendar, the Sappi TuksRace offers something for everyone—from elite competitors to social runners, fitness enthusiasts, and families looking for a fun day out. Participants can choose between the 21.1km, 10km, 5km, and 1km fun run distances.
